Cancellation, Rescheduling or No Show without 12 hour notice will be assessed $35 penalty charge. Notice within 12 hour will not be assessed penalty. Package services, purchased, by client via phone, online or in person will not be reimbursed. Client should notify Fabsilhouette management, via email at Help@FabSilhouette.com; if they believed services have not been rendered, as agreed by both parties. Management will address the issue with client directly. If refund is processed by merchant services, client credit card or bank; client should directly contact credit card or bank for refund status. Fabsilhouette no longer will have the authority to issue a refund beyond refund process. If treatments are cancelled; due to medical reasons, a verifiable medical letter should be submitted and refund of up to only 50% of package price may be granted to client.
