MOBILE IN-Home Services REQUIREMENTS:

Applies to 1-3 services after surgery <ONLY> Additional services are required to be In-Spa services.  

❗️Not applicable to services beyond 4 services after Surgery. 

❗️Not applicable to clients already receiving in-Spa services on location. No exceptions. 

❗️ONLINE APPOINTMENTS Will be voided if does not meet this requirement criteria. 

❗️INCLUDES TRAVEL FEE within 15min. travel Radius from spa location.  Additional Travel Fees may apply if beyond 15min Radius

❗️ NO EXCEPTIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Rescheduling or No Show without 24 hour notice will be assessed $45 penalty charge. Notice within 24 hour will not  be assessed penalty.  Package services, purchased, by client via phone, online or in person will not be reimbursed. Client should notify Fabsilhouette management, via email at Help@FabSilhouette.com; if they believed services have not been rendered, as agreed by both parties. Management
